1. Ethio Telecom intends to sign a contract with the finally awarded bidder. Hence, we are pleased to invite all interested and eligible bidders to this OPEN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (ICB) for the procurement of Different types of sales training (i.e. Digital distribution business management (Advanced) and Business Analytics & Monetization of VAS (Advanced)) with RFQ No 4285998-2. 2.2 Bid proposal will be received at Churchill Road, Ethio telecom Head Quarter, 2nd Floor,
3. Room No.208, Before or on to 21-Sep-26 until 5:30 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
4. 3. Bids received on time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on 22-Sep-26, at 10:00 A.M, at Churchill Road, Ethio telecom Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No.204.
5. Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
6. Partial bid is allowed.
