1 ማንኛውም ተወዳዳሪ የተጠየቀውን መስፈርት ማሞላት
አለበት፡፡
2 ተወዳዳሪው ድርጅት እቃውን በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ም/ቤቱ ድረስ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
3 ተወዳዳሪው ድርጅት ዋጋ ከሞምላቱ በፊት ያልገባው ነገር ካለ ቀድሞ መጠየቅ አለበት፡፡
4 እቃውን በተባለው ቀን ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
