APHEET Program Consortium members (PHE Ethiopia Consortium, DSW, MELCA Ethiopia, LIVE-ADDIS, WISE and ABCE) – Call for Proposals for Training of Trainers (TOT) on Quality Photography, Videography, and Communication Products Development

The Alliance for PHE in Ethiopia (APHEET) Consortium invites qualified and legally registered firms/consultants to submit technical and financial proposals to deliver a five‑day Training of Trainers (TOT) in Bishoftu City, Ethiopia, from August 27–31, 2026.

The training will build the capacity of 18 staff from six consortium partners in professional photography, videography, storytelling, and communication product development. The objective is to strengthen documentation and visibility practices, produce donor‑ready communication materials, and cascade skills to field teams.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and communication training.
• Demonstrated portfolio with NGOs, consortia, or donor‑funded projects.
• Valid legal registration and licenses.

Deliverables:

• Five‑day intensive training with practical exercises.
• Sample communication outputs developed during the training.
• Final training report with recommendations for cascading skills.

Submission: Interested firms/consultants should purchase the bidding document (at 500 ETB) from PHE Ethiopia’s head office located in Kazanchis, Kazadis finishing mall 7^th Floor, Adis Ababa. Then submit a technical and financial proposal (including methodology, trainer profile, cost breakdown, and legal documents) within 10 days of this advertisement. The consortium has the right to reject the bid partially or fully.
