መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲያሰሩ በአዳማ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽህፈት ቤት ስም በማሰራት ማቅረብ ይኖረባቸዋል፡፡ በጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ስም ተዘጋጅቶ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ስም ካዘጋጁ በኋላ ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን በአካል የማቅረብ እና ሲስተም ላይ የማያያዝ/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡እንዲሁም ናሙናዉን በተመለከት የመ/ቤቱ ቴክኒክ ኮሚቴ እና ባለሙያዉ ባላቹበት /በድርጅታቹ መተዉ ያያሉ
