The Amhara Media corporation/AMC/here by invites interested bids from eligible bidders for the 3KW FM transmitter with antenna and 80m tower.
- This bidding will be conducted on accordance with open international tendering procedure and it is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
- Interested bidders may purchase complete set of tender documents against payment of non-refundable fee of birr 300/three hundred/from the office of AMC. Bahirdar Room 104 during the official working hours.
- Bidders shall submit relevant renewed trade lenience, VAT registration certificate, tax payer identification certificate, and tax clearance certificate.
- Bidders could participate for all parts but the items in lot parts shall not partial.
- The bidders submit at list two copy of each technical and financial document separetly.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid boned of birr 200000/two hundred thousand/a bid bond in a form of CPO, unconditional bank guarantee or cash and eligibility certificates shall be delivered to the office AMC Bahirdar Room 104 on or before the bid closing date and time.
- Bids closing and opening date shall be 45 calendar days after advertising declared.
- Bids will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. who choose to attend, at the conference Room of AMC at 10:30 am On the date of bid closing and opening as specified above.
- AMC reserved the right to reject all or part of the bid.
