The Somali Regional State, kebri daher Poly Technic College invites Bidders to bid for the supply food and food related items to the college students in the year 2017 E.C. in the following manner:
- Bidders should have a renewed trade license of the 2017 Ethiopian Fiscal Year registered license certificate, VAT registration evidence and supplier list certificate from the Somali Regional State Bureau of Finance & Economic Development.
- Bidders can obtain the Bid Document from kebridahar poly technic College Finance and Logistics Support Process Office, and this bid is issued on the Ethiopian Herald journal up on payment of 200 ET Birr.
- The Bid document should be submitted within 15 working days with a sealed envelope on the afternoon of the fifteenth day at 4:00 pm local time.
- Bidders should submit one original and one copy of their documents on separate envelopes with 2% of the total issued cost in favor or certificate Bank Guarantee or in cash.
- The Bid will be opened at kebri daher Poly technic College General Hail on the presence of bidders or their legal representatives after 30 minutes of the document submission.
