- Bidding will be conducted through Belsty Trading PLC procurement Policy & Procedures which is adopted from & consistent with standard biding documents of our country and is open to all bidders.
- All interested bidders must fulfill the eligibility and technical requirements stated below.
- Valid and renewed trade license for 2017 E.C
- VAT Registration Certificate
- TAX clearance certificate
- TIN Certificate.
- The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the quoted price in the form of a bank CPO only.
- The bidding documents will be available for download on our website www.belsty.com Alternatively Bidders can collect hard copies from the head office.
- Interested eligible bidders can visit the construction site after 3 (Three) days of the bid announcement date.
- Bidders shall submit their bid in two envelopes. "Technical Documents" in one envelop and "Financial Document" separately in other envelop and the two envelops sealed in one another envelop.
- Bidders should submit their bid on or before January 09, 2025
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at local time 4:30 on January 10, 2025.
