Bid No. NCB MTAFO /01/2017

1. Modjo Town Administration Finance Office /MTAFO/wants to sell Kunzayit/Lithium ore /Mineral.
2. Complete Bid documents in English can be purchased from the above-mentioned Office up on payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 500/Five hundred only by submission of a written application to the Modjo Town Administration Finance Office.
3. Bidders should present a renewed Mineral Export License, Registration Certificate issued from the Authorized Ministry, Tax Payer Certificate, and Registration card for VAT &TIN together.
4. Bid Documents Shall be Delivered to Modjo Town Administration Finance Office 1st Floor and Tel.+251-022-116-1644 on or before 04:00 local time 2017 EC. And bids shall be opened at 4:30 local time on the same date in the presence of the bidder's representatives who are interested in attending at the 1st Procurement & Property Administration Team.
5. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid bond of 100,000.00/one hundred Thousand Ethiopian birr/in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guaranty.
6. The deadline of bid submission shall be at 4:00 AM local time on the 22nd day from the First announcement date. Late bids shall be rejected.
7. The qualification document will be opened at 4:30 AM (local time) on the same date of the bid submission
8. Modjo Town Administration Finance Office reserves the right to reject the bids partially or fully.
