Bid No:- NCB MTAFO/01/2017

1. Modjo Town Administration Finance Office /MTAFO/ want to sell Kunzayit/ Lithum ore/Mineral.
2. Complete Bid documents in English can be purchased from the above mentioned office up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 500 /Five hundred only/ by submission of a Witten application to the Modjo Town Administraion Finance Office.
3. Bidders should present renewed Mineral Export License, Registration Certificate issued from Authorized Ministry, Tax Payer Certificate, and Registration card for VAT & TIN together.
4. Bid Documents Shall be Delivered to Modjo Town Administration Finance Office 1^st Floor and Tel.+251-022-1-16-16-44 on or before 04:00 Local time 2017 E.C and bids shall be opend at 4:30 local time on the same date in presence of the bidder’s representatives who are interested to attend at the 1^st procurement & Property Administration Team.
5. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid bond of 100,000.00 /One Hundred Thousand Ethiopian Birr/ in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bnak Guranty.
6. The deadline of of bid submission shall be at 4:00 A.M local time on the 22^nd day from the First announcement date. Late bid shall be rejected.
7. The qualification document will be opend at 4:30 A.M (local time) on the same date of the bid submission.
8. Modjo Town Administration Finance Office reserves the right to reject the bids partially of fully.
