Name of Project: Productivity Enhancement and Support to Integrated
Agro Industrial Parks and Youth Employment (PESAPYE) Project
Procurement Reference number: PESAPYE/office equipment/ NCB/16/2025.
- The Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the African Development Fund and government Contribution budget toward the cost of Productivity Enhancement to support the integrated Agro- Industrial Parks and Youth Employment and intends to apply part of the agreed amount from the government budget for the Procurement of Office equipment and office furniture.
- Interested bidders are invited sealed bids for the supply and delivery of
Lot 1: Office equipment: - Desk top & laptop Computer, printer, and photocopier and Others (detail list of items indicated in the SBD)
Lot II: Office Furniture: - tables, chairs and others (detail list of tools indicated in the SBD)
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bid (NCB) procedures, contained in the Public Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Project Office and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 9(a) from 10:00 A.M to 4:00 PM until bid closing date.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below at 9(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) deposited to Ministry account no. 1000279991609.
- Bid must be submitted to the address below on or before June 17/2025 at 08:00 PM.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the name of the Ministry amounting Lot-I Ethiopian Bin 30,000.00 (Thirty thousand Birr) and Lot- II Ethiopian Birr 20,000.00 (twenty thousand Birr) in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO,
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the event at the address below on June 15/2025 at 08:00 P.M.
- Bidders have the option to participate in both lots and deliver two bid securities for both lots separately
- The procuring agent has the right to cancel or modify the bid partially or entirely
