Invitation for the Supply of Vehicle Spare Parts, Batteries, and Tyres
Humedica Ethiopia, a non-governmental humanitarian organization operating in Ethiopia, invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply of vehicle spare parts, batteries, and tyres.
- Objective:
The objective of this tender is to identify and establish a list of prequalified, reliable suppliers for the provision of vehicle spare parts, batteries, and tyres on a call-off basis-that is, as requested by the organization throughout the agreement period.
Selected suppliers will be required to submit proforma invoices prior to delivering the requested items. Humedica will review the submitted quotations and proceed with purchases based on the best combination of price and quality.
- Scope of Supply:
- Genuine and high-quality vehicle spare parts (for Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, and other vehicles used by humedica)
- Durable and certified vehicle batteries
- Standard and branded vehicle tyres (various sizes and specification)
- Bid Requirements:
Interested suppliers should submit:
- Valid business license renewed for the current Ethiopian fiscal year
- VAT and TIN registration certificates
- Company profile
- Proof of past experience in supplying similar items (minimum of 3 references)
- Warranty and after-sales service policy (if applicable)
- Submission Details:
- Firms can collect the tender document free of charge from the Humedica Country Office Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- The tender document (bid) should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Tender No: HUM/ET/VEH/2025/01 Vehicle Spare Parts, Batteries & Tyres".
- Bids must be hand-delivered to humedica Ethiopia Country Office located at: Lideta Sub-city, Woreda 08, behind Yilma Hotels Mekanisa Abo Mazoriya, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Deadline:
- The tender will remain open for ten (10) consecutive days starting from the date of this announcement.
- Late submissions will not be considered.
- Bid Opening:
- The bids will be opened internally by the humedica tender committee. Only shortlisted suppliers will be contacted for further evaluation or clarification.
- Additional Information:
- humedica reserves the right to reject any or all bids, cancel the tender process, or modify the scope of the request without notice.
- Suppliers will be selected based on compliance, past performance, capacity, and competitive pricing.
