1. Siinqee bank invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Design, Supply. and Installation, Testing, and Integration Wireless Conference system with Tracking Camera at Siinqee Bank HQ Building 7th floor,

2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement policy and procedure, and open to all eligible bidders. The bid proposal price should be unconditional.
3. A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be obtained at the office of Procurement and Supplies Management Department located at Sinqee Bank, Oda tower 5th floor. by depositing of Birr 1,500.00 (Birr One Thousand five hundred Only) including VAT at any Siinqee Bank Branches.
4. All bids in one original plus one copy properly filled in signed and stamped, and should be dropped in the tender box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement and Supply Management department, located at HQ Building 5th floor on or before 2:30 P.M. July 15, 2025.
5. Bid must be accompanied by bid security amount stated in the above table. Bids without or less than the stated amount of bid security will not be considered and rejected automatically.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives on July 15, 2025 G.C at 3:00 PM at the above-mentioned address. Late bids shall not be accepted for further evaluation purpose.
7. In case any unforeseen situation or public or Government Holiday resulting in closure office on the date of opening, the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
8. The Siinqee Bank Share Company reserves the right to reject the bid partially or fully.
