GOAL Ethiopia an international Humanitarian Ethiopia, an organization, invites potential contractors to submit tenders for the Procurement of Solarization of Water Supply Scheme in Amhara Region, Raya Kobo (Worke, Ayub & Tigre Mender) site Lot-1, and Guba Lafto (Hara and Amay Micha) site Lot 2.

All Potential suppliers who have valid and renewed business licenses, and engaged in similar experience on Solarization water supply scheme can obtain a complete set of bidding documents from GOAL Ethiopia Head Office (Addis Ababa) starting from 07 July 2025 between 8:00AM-4:30PM office hours from Monday to Friday, or you can access all documents online at https://www.goalglobal.org/tenders@goal.ie 

Question and any clarification relating to this tender, should be sent to the following email address: clarifications@goal.ie until 23 July 2025 4:30 PM GMT +3 East African Time. Communication will be conducted through e-mail. Questions could be answered only until July 25, 2025, at 4:30 PM East African Time. GOAL does not guarantee clarification sent after the deadline.

All bidders must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to two (2%) of the offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO at least for three months from the date of bid opening. Note: CPO must be attached in the original financial document.

Tender offers to be submitted to GOAL Ethiopia Head Office, Addis Ababa before closing date and time: July 29, 2025, at 4:30 PM GMT +3 East African Time to following address: at GOAL Ethiopia, Bole Sub City, Woreda 6, Gurd shola, H. No. New, Next to Century Mall, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Or Electronically with your financial and technical offers in separate emails to tenders@goal.ie. Bids received after the closing date & time will not be considered.

Bid opening session will be held on July 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM GMT +3 East African Time at GOAL Ethiopia Head office, Bole Sub City, Woreda 6, Gurd shola, H. No. New, Next to Century Mall, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the opening of the envelope.

GOAL Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
