Dashen Breweries SC (hereafter "DBSC") invites sealed bids from qualified and licensed IT service providers for the supply and implementation of Microsoft Exchange Online Plan 1 services. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience, technical expertise, and the capacity to support a large-scale enterprise environment. The service must comply with Microsoft's standards and Ethiopian regulatory requirements for cloud-based email and collaboration solutions.
Bidders shall submit their bid in a sealed Envelope, original with 100,000.00 Birr (One hundred thousand Birr) CPO or Equivalent Bank Guarantee as a bid Security. The Successful Bidder is expected to enter a one-time Contract for the Supply of Microsoft Exchange Online Plan 1 Services stated in the Bid document. Bid Submission Date: 01 August 2025 at 08:00 PM and Bid opening date: 01 August at 08:30 PM. A complete set of bidding documents in English could be obtained against payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five hundred birr) during working hours at our head office located at the address below:
