INVITATION FOR HYDROGEOLOGICAL
SURVEY AND BOREHOLE SITING
- JS house construction and rent S.C is planned to build 2B+SB+G+9 mixed use building around Merikato on 41173 square meter plot of land. Currently the project is on structural construction phase
- The company is planned to drill a borehole around the project area to supply potable water to the mentioned project. To achieve this objective, a ground water source must be identified, and a borehole site should be located.
- Therefore, the company needs grade II and above consultant's consultancy service of a hydro-geologist consultant to conduct a comprehensive hydro-geological/geo-physical survey and related studies and siting of the borehole at the mentioned area. The purpose of the hydro-geological survey is to assess the ground water potentiality by conducting relevant field work and other any necessary activities.
- Consultancy services includes but not limited preparation of the feasibility study, detailed design, comprehensive technical report and bill of quantities for a new Borehole (BH) drilling.
- Those who are interested and fulfill the following conditions can take the bid documents from the address of the company
- Valid renewed trade license
- Tax clearance certificate which states its eligibility to participate in any tenders and valid at the deadline for submission of bids and:
- VAT registration certificate and;
- Valid competency certificate
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and the bidding documents in the address below
- Bidding documents can be collected from Monday to Friday in working hours up on the payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 500
- Bidders shall submit in two separate envelops, one Marked: "Technical Proposal" and the other: "Financial Proposal", including one envelope Marked "Bid Security" both of which shall be sealed One Original, One Copy and Bid Security and placed in an outer envelope.
- Bidders must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 20,000 with CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee
- Bids must be delivered to the address before August 18,2025 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM
- The company reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all tenders in any stages without any reason
