RE-INVITATION FOR BID

YBP S.C. is locally established Petroleum Company to distribute of fuel, Oil, LPG and Bitumen to customer. Now the company intends to renovate YBP S.C Wolete fuel service station.

Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum (YBP) invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate for WOLETE FULE SERVICE STATION RENOVATION as per the following commitment to bidders. This tender is for comprising Civil, Electromechanical and Steel structure works.

1. 1. Interested bidders with experience in fuel service station works and holding a Grade One to Grade Five GC or BC license may collect the bid documents from our Head Office at the address provided below, upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr), starting from the date of bid announcement.
   2. Bidders must submit photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license.
   3. Bidders shall submit one original as well as one copy of technical and financial proposals. The technical proposal should be submitted in one envelope whereas the financial proposal and bid security should be submitted in a separate envelope. These two envelops should then be placed in a sealed outer envelope.
   4. Bidders shall submit their offer in a sealed envelope marked "WOLETE FUEL SERVICE STATION RENOVATION"
   5. All bids must be submitted to address below effective August 20 /2025 before 2:00PM. Late bids will not be considered.
   6. Bidders are required to include a bid security amounting to 2% of the contract value, in the form of a CPO or Bank Guarantee, valid for at least 120 (one hundred twenty) days beyond August 20, 2025.
   7. N.B. The bid security of the successful bidder will be returned upon signing of the agreement and submission of the performance bond. Technical proposals of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on August 20/2025 at 2:30PM.
   8. The Bidder, at the Bidder's own responsibility and Cost, is encouraged to visit and examine the Site of Works.
   9. Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
