FH ETHIOPIA

FH Ethiopia (FHE) is a non-governmental organization engaged in relief and development activities and has been implementing development and humanitarian activities in Ethiopia for the past 37 years.

FHE would like to invite eligible bidders for procurement of Agricultural Tools (Shovel, Digging Bar, Hammer, Pick Axe, Digging Hoe, Nursery cart, watering cane Wheelbarrow... etc.) as per the specification given below.

1. 1. All potential suppliers who have valid trade licenses. TIN number and VAT registration document can collect ITT document from FH Ethiopia Bahir Dar Program Coordination Office (Bahir-Dar) starting from the first day of this invitation between 8:30AM 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Duplicate copies of BID OFFER shall be produced in separate envelopes marked as ORIGINAL and COPY.

All envelopes shall then be put in one together sealed stamped, and submitted to FH ETHIOPIA Bahir Dar Program Coordination Office (Bahir-Dar) on or BEFORE DEADLINE.

• 2. Essential Criteria
• Valid & renewed trade license and legal registration.
• Tax/VAT certificates.
• Bidder’s guarantee/ bid security in acceptable form of CPO amounting to 2% of the bid offer.
• Samples should be submitted for each type of agricultural tools.
  3. Bidders will not be invited to attend the opening session.
  4. Further Instructions and information are provided on tender dossier.
  5. FH Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject the Bid partially or fully.
