- Bid documents are available against payment of non- refundable Birr 300.00 from the school's Finance Office from Monday, September 29, 2025 - October 2, 2025
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid Security Bond of 2% of the total Bid Price, in the form of CPO, payable to Sandford International School.
- All bidders should attach their Renewed License and other legal documents with the bid document. The bidder should attach company profile and testimonial letters for successful delivery which states the quality of items supplied to myriad of clients in various sectors (GOS, NGOs and International institutions.)
- The Tender remains floating up to on Thursday, October, 2, 2025 at 4:00 pm local time
- The bid will be open in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 10:00Am.
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
