IFB Title: Procurement of Different types of Sanitary Materials d Detergents
- Procurement Reference number: OPPPDA/NCB/FA/G/4/2018 the Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency has a mandate to procure common user items with a Frame Work Contract Agreement on behalf of Different Oromia Regional Public bodies who have funds within the public bodies' budget to be used for the Procurement of Different Types of Sanitary Materials and Detergents
- The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Stationery Materials and Detergents
- There are 44 Items of Different Types of Sanitary Materials & the Details of the goods is specified in bidding document
- The Amount of bid security required is 1% of the Total Bid Price The amount of the bid security is 1% of the total offered bid price.
NB: If the total amount of bid security exceeds birr 500,000.00, bidder can reduce to ETB 500,000.00.
- Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Public procurement and Property Disposal Agency and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 AM in the morning and 1:30 PM. to 4:30 P.M. in the afternoon.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 400 (Four hundred Barr). The method of payment will be Cash on site
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before October 21. 2025 G.C at 11:00 A.M. in the Morning. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's/representatives who choose to attend at the address below October 21, 2025 G.C at 11:15 A.M. in the Morning Late bids shall be rejected.
- The OPPPDA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award. without thereby incurring any liability to bidders
