NATIONAL COMPETETIVE BIDDING (NCB)

1. 1. Sinqee Bank S.C invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the items listed hereunder.

1. 2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directive of the bank and other relevant laws of the country, and is open to all eligible bidders.
   3. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from the procurement and Supply Chain Management Department of Siinqee Bank located at Head quarter Oda tower 5th floor upon producing receipt of a non-refundable fee of birr 1,500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100) by depositing in account number 400112014 at any Siinqee Bank Branch during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM afternoon 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and Saturday only morning session 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM) up on presentation of a copy of a renewed trade license, certificate of registration, tax clearance certification, VAT registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate for local bidders.
   4. The bids must be accompanied by a bid bond amount birr 2,000,000.00 (Two Million Birr only) in the form of Unconditional and Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from other than the purchaser's bank or Cashier's payment Order (C.P.O) from any local commercial banks.
   5. Last date for submission is on or before October 21, 2025 G.C at 2:30 PM on the above address.
   6. Bid opening shall be held on October 21,2025 at 3:00 PM at the office of Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department located at Siinqee Bank head office 5th floor in the presence of the bidders and /or their representatives who, wish to attend as per the above opening schedule.

   8. Bid validity shall be 90 days after technical bid opening
   9. Failure to comply any of the conditions form items 2 to 8 above shall entail automatic rejection
   10. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
