WE-Action (Women Empowerment-Action) is a national civil society organization founded in 1995 G.C. The organization is positioned as a “Feminist Intersectional Organization" with the vision of a gender just Ethiopia. The organization has been working hard to achieve its mission of "empowering women and men for gender transformation and sustainable livelihoods" in order to contribute to its vision.

I. Description

Women Empowerment-Action (WE-Action), with funding from FARMAMUNDI, is implementing the project "Integral health, protection and restitution of rights of women affected by SGBV and armed conflict in Tigray under a triple nexus approach". WE- Action invites bids from interested eligible qualified bidders (vegetable seed suppliers who fulfill the following criteria.

1. Bidders must be accompanied by renewed business license and registration, TIN, VAT & Competency certificate and those must be submitted together with the technical bid document.
2. All bids must have accompanied by a bid security of vegetable seeds birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand birr) in form of CPO or Bid bond.
3. The types and list of vegetable seeds are mentioned on the Bid document.
4. Interested bidders shall collect the Bid Document in person from the address of our Head Office WE-Action; around 24 Megenagna in front of Bright Paint Factory PLC from 04/11/2025 to November 10/2025 during working hour (08:30AM - 12:00PM and 13:30 PM-17:00PM).
5. The bid must be submitted before or on 10/11//2025 at 17:00 PM, failure to meet the closing date may result in the tender being void.
6. Women Empowerment- Action (WE-Action) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
