Introduction

Humedica e.V is an international non-governmental, humanitarian organization based in Germany that has been actively engaged in emergency relief and long-term development cooperation in Ethiopia for many years. The organization is dedicated to providing medical and humanitarian aid to people affected by disasters. poverty, and health crises, regardless of their origin, religion, or political affiliation.

To support its ongoing humanitarian and development activities in Ethiopia, Humedica e. V Ethiopia invites qualified and reputable suppliers to participate in an open tender for the supply and delivery of the following goods:

1. 1. 1. Vehicle Spare Parts
      2. Visibility Items

Scope of Work

The selected suppliers will be responsible for providing genuine and high-quality items that meet the specifications described in the tender documents. Suppliers Bi are expected to ensure timely delivery to the designated Humedica e. V Ethiopia of country office, as indicated in the tender document.

Eligibility and Qualification Criteria

Interested and eligible suppliers must submit valid and up-to-date documentation, including:

Renewed business license for the current Ethiopian fiscal year

VAT and/or TIN registration certificates

Company profile or background information

Availability of the required items within the delivery period specified in the 1 tender document

Collection of Tender Documents

Tender documents can be collected in person from Humedica e. V Ethiopia Country Office during working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. -4:00 p.m.) at the following address:

Submission Details

All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender reference

number (HME/TND/2025/10) and the category being applied for (e.g. Vehicle Spare Parts or Visibility Items).

The sealed bids should be delivered to the above address within seven (7) calendar days from the date of this announcement.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Bid Opening and Evaluation

Bids will be opened by the Tender Committee at the Humedica e. V Ethiopia office after the submission deadline. Only qualified suppliers meeting the evaluation criteria will be contacted for further steps.

Humedica e. V Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any bid without assigning any reason. 

All costs related to the preparation and submission of bids are the sole responsibility of the bidder.
