Maya City Finance office invites eligible for the Supply and delivery of Procurement listed in the following table.

1. Bidders have trade license valid for the year 2018 E.C., registered for VAT and having tax clearance certificate and its trading license to submit sealed bids for the Procurement of Electronics and Office Furniture.
2. Evidence of Being Registered at Ethiopian Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPAA) Supplier list.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Maya City finance office during working days.
5. The bidders shall submit technical and financial bid separately in one mother envelop wax sealed, Signed and stamped bidding document clearly failure to do so would entail rejection of the bid.
6. The bid document shall be submitted to the Maya City Finance Office before deadline. Late bid shall be automatically rejected.
7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr -5,00 (five hundred birr only) at working hours. The method of payment will be in cash.
8. The Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of either C.PO or in cash Ethiopian Birr 200,000 (Two hundred thousand birr only) at the address below. Late bids shall be rejected.
9. The dead line for bid submission shall be at 2:00pm on the 16th working day starting from the 1” announcement made on the Newspaper.
10. Approved bidders rates will be valid for 60-days from date of bidding and will not be changed.
11. The bid Document will be opened on the same date of bid submission at 2:30pm afternoon in the presence of bidders/legal representatives who choose to attend.
12. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend, on the submission date & time, at the address below.
13. The Maya City Finance Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
