INVITATION TO BID

1. The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS). Head Quarters, hereby invites all eligible, qualified BC/GC-7 and above contractors and above to execute ERCS Head Quarter Office Aluminum Partition Work, near Addis Ababa Stadium, by furnishing the necessary labor, Materials and Equipment.
2. The bidders shall submit renewed trade license of the year 2017 EC and/or recent year, Registration certificate, TIN No. VAT Registration, Supplier's list, tax clearance certificate and renewed competence certificate issued by authorized 80 government body.
3. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document by depositing a non-refundable payment amount ETB 400 (Four Hundred Birr) on CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society & collect the bidding document from ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department Procurement Division, first floor, office No.25; which located around Stadium Addis Ababa.
4. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopia Red Cross Society along with a Bid Security (Bid Bond) in CPO form Only as Specified in the bidding data sheet amounting to 2% of the hid offer, on separate envelope. The bid Security Shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.
5. Financial offer shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labelled as ORIGINAL and COPY TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labelled as TECHNICAL OFFER The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be sealed in and signed, sealed outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopia Red Cross Society shall he submitted at ERCS Head Quarters office No 2
6. Bidders are kindly requested to submit their price quotation along with technical document based on detailed requirements on our Bill of Quantity on or before December 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
7. Bid will be closed on the December 3, 2025 at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm at ERCS Head Quarters Conference Room around Addis Ababa Stadium, Addis Ababa in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives.
8. Bidders are advised to read bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.
9. Failure to comply with the conditions from No.1 to 8 above may result in an automatic rejection.
10. Ethiopia Red Cross Society reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
