The Ethiopian Red Cross Society Oromia Regional Office invites eligible and qualified contractors of category of GC-6, BC-6 and above who have trade license and registration certificate valid for year 2018 E.C, and eligible for the work. Interested bidder submits sealed bid providing necessary material, labor and equipment to execute construction Latrines and MHM in Oromia Region.
A. Lot-1 Construction of Gender Segregated Latrine and Menstrual Hygiene Management Room at East Shewa, Adami Tullu Jiddo Kombolcha Woreda, Bulbula Secondary School
B. Lot-2 Latrine Construction at Arsi, Munesa Woreda, Waji Primary School.
- Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying a non-refundable ETB 1000 (One thousand Birr) for each lot from ERCS, Oromia National Regional Office Tel 0114405983 located at Saris -Adey Ababa (Addis Ababa)
- All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Oromia National Regional Branch along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms (CPO ONLY) SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The CPO should be valid for 28 days after bid validity
- Bidders advise to submit Financial and Technical in separate wax sealed envelopes label as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Technical, Copy Technical, Original Financial, and Copy Financial all in separate wax sealed envelopes.). Also bid bond (bid security) by its separate wax sealed envelope. Finally sealed in one mother post
- Bidders are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bid document.
- You can visit the site envisaged for the construction and acquire necessary reconnaissance
- Failure to comply with the conditions from no.2 to 5 above may result in an automatic rejection.
- Bid will close on the 15th calendar days of after the announcement of this bid in the newspapers at 2:00 pm and open on the same date at 2:30 pm, ERCS. Oromia National Regional Brach, located at Saris -Adey Ababa (Addis Ababa) and if the date is a holiday (not working day) on the next working date at 10:00 AM.
- ERCS, Oromia National Regional Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
