RE-INVITATION FOR BID

YBP S.C. is locally established Petroleum Company to distribute of fuel, Oil, LPG and Bitumen to customer. Now the company intends to Water well drilling, developing, construction at Ayertena B+G+4+T & fuel service station at Addis Ababa.

Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum (YBP) invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate for WATER WELL DRILLING, DEVELOPING, CONSTRUCTION AT AYERTENA B+G+4+T & FUEL SERVICE STATION as per the following commitment to bidders.

Interested bidders can collect the bid documents from our Head Office with the address specified below upon payment of non-refundable birr 500.00 (Five hundred birr) from the date of issuance of the bid.

1. Bidders must submit photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license.
2. Bidders shall submit one original as well as one copy of technical and financial proposals. The technical proposal should be submitted in one envelope whereas the financial proposal and bid security should be submitted in a separate envelope. These two envelops should then be placed in a sealed outer envelope.
3. Bidders shall submit their offer in a sealed envelope marked "WATER WELL DRILLING, DEVELOPING, CONSTRUCTION AT AYERTENA B+G+4+T"
4. All bids must be submitted to address below effective January 05/2026 before 2:00 PM. Late bids will not be considered.
5. Bidders must include a bid security of 2% of contract amount in the form of CPO/Bank Guarantee that is valid for at least 120 (One hundred twenty days) after January 05/2026.
6. Technical proposals of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on January 05/2026 at 2:30 PM.
7. The Bidder, at the Bidder's own responsibility and Cost, is encouraged to visit and examine the Site of Works.
8. Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
