Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) an international development and humanitarian organization working with Faith institutions to realize the vision of being "together for a Just World. And registered in Ethiopia under the Charities and Societies Agency with Certificate No. 1375, NCA implements diverse programs across the country. To ensure the timely and high-quality procurement of expertise, NCA intends to prequalify qualified and experienced consultancy service providers for a defined period.
NCA Ethiopia is looking to establish a database of competent providers and inviting eligible suppliers to apply for prequalification for various consultancy services, including Monitoring. Evaluation. Accountability & Learning (MEAL):
Baseline, Edline & Needs Assessments: Training & Capacity Building: Project Design & Proposal Development; Water Engineering Construction works and supervision general contractor: IT Systems Development and maintenance Financial. Audit & Compliance Consultancy; and Research & Studies:
Eligibility / Bid Requirements
Norwegian Church Aid now invites wax sealed technical documents from interested eligible bidders for the above- described bid.
1. Bidders should attach their VAT registration and TIN number registration certificate for year 2025/2026 G.C)
2. Bidders should submit a Technical Proposal in wax- sealed envelopes marked Technical documents for NCA/PQS/006/01/2026 for prequalification of Consultancy service
3. Bidders who did not obtain the bidding document directly from NCA will be rejected during the evaluation.
4. Instruction documents and Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from Norwegian Church Aid country office by email according to the details below.
5. If there is public holiday or weekend on the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day of the sometime.
