1.       Oromia Irrigation & Pastoralist Development Bureau (OIPDB) Invite sealed bids interested illegible & Qualified bidders (contractors) Having category renewed trade license & above for the procurement of Fina Oromia Project Ija Dika.

2.       Bidders have the option to bid the following:

3.       Interested illegible bidders may obtained further information from inspect the bid document from at local time 2:30 up to 6:30 & in the afternoon 7:30 P.M 11:00 Monday to Friday at the address given below.

4.       The bidding document in Afan Oromo only may be purchased by interested eligible upon the submission of written application to the address below & upon payment of nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,500.00 (One thousand five hundred).

5.       Bidders documentary requirements include category of renewed trade license Tax clearance & Vat registration & Certificate of compliance.

6.       Bid will publicly opened in the presence of the bidders representative who choose to attend in person at the address below from the date of announcement on the Ethiopian Herald after 21 working days. If the 22th day is a holiday, opening & closing will be the next working day at the same time.

7.       All bid must be Accompanied bid security in the form of CPO or Bank Guaranty amount of ETB 500,000.00(five hundred thousand birr) in the name of Oromia Irrigation & Pastoralist Development Bureau (OIPDB).

8.       The Bureau OIPDB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
