REQUEST FOR EXPERSSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

REFERENCE NO- EOI-SECD-2026-01

ZamZam Bank S.C would like to invite eligible Contractor to expression of interest for "Shoring Design, Shoring Installation, Excavation, Cart Away and Dewatering Works" In Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Therefore, all interested Contractor can participate in this EOI with due consideration of the following requirements:

1.       Invitation will be conducted in accordance with the Bank's procurement policy and interested contractor required to submit renewed business license, business registration certificate, TIN certificate and VAT registration certificate.

2.       A complete set of EOI documents in English shall be collected from Head Office Procurement and Facility MGT Department, located at Bole Wollo Sefer Garad Building 11th floor against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 1000.00/One Thousand birr/through ZamZam bank deposit, using the below mentioned bank address during office hours.

3.       Expression of interest must be submitted until February 18, 2026 up to 8:00 local time in located at Garad Building 11th floor Procurement and Facility Management Office.

4.       The Bank's shall not consider any late arrives after the deadline for submission of EOI, any after the deadline for submission shall be declared as late, rejected, and returned to the Bidder unopened.

5.       ZamZam Bank S.C reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, to waive formalities, and to proceed with the pre-qualification process in any manner deemed to be in its best interest.
