Ethiopian Airlines Group/EAG/ intends to lease total of 46 (forty-six) open spaces available at (Nine 9) different Regional Airports. Axum (Cultural Coffee, Mini market shop, Souvenir shop, Cultural cloth, Honey shop, and Information desk), Bahirdar (Car parking, Souvenir shop and information desk), Dire Dawa (Cafeteria and information desk) Gode (Car parking, café and restaurant, and cultural coffee), Gonder (Carparking, Mini market shop, souvenir shop and information desk) Lalibela (Carparking, café and restaurant, cultural coffee and souvenir shop), Mekele (café and restaurant, Mini market shops and information desk), Semera (Car parking), and Kombolecha (Baggage Wrapping and Packing). For competent service providers who are willing to provide their services with rental basis modality:
Hence, EAG invites all interested and eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:
1. Any Legally established bidders with renewed Trade License for the current year, Valid Tax clearance, VAT registration certificate and Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN)
2. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T600 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company name, bid announcement number & contact phone number to the below email address, and will get the Tender document by return e-mail.
3. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 5,000 (Five Thousand birr) which is valid for 90 days starting from bid opening date in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group", in sealed and separate envelope and the envelope that contain the bid bond marked "Bid Security". Bid Security from any insurance company will not be acceptable.
4. Bidders also shall submit their legal documents (renewed trade license, TIN &, VAT certificates) and their financial offer in separate envelope and deliver to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Headquarter, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section until March 13, 2026, 3:00PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, bid opening hall in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
