Invitation to grade 6 and below special land scape work contractors
1. Etiopian Electric Power EEP has budget to be used for procurement of Land scape works through National competitive bidding (NCB),
2. Ethiopian Electric Power now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders or procurement of Land scape. Works at kotebe head office.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Electric Power and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM. to 5:00 PM. Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders to the above work and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 1000 from the Ethiopian Electric Power. The method of payment shall be in cash or cashier's check or through telegraphic transfer to EEP Transmission Construction A/C No.1000252665203, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Arada Giorgis Branch starting from 24 February. 2026.
1. 5.Bids must be delivered before the closing date & time to the above mentioned address. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee as mentioned below.
2. Bid proposals shall comprise One Original and one Copies of separately sealed technical (Qualification) and financial Proposals by clearly mentioned on the tender document should be presented to the above mentioned address on or before 2:00 PM. Local time (Addis Ababa) on 04th March 2026 Gc.
3. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security 360,000.00 (Three hundred sixty Thousand Ethiopian Birr) Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will he rejected.
4. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's or bidder's representatives who choose to attend on 4th March 2026 at 2:30 PM Local time (Addis Ababa).
5. The Ethiopian Electric Power reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
