IFB Title: Procurement of forage seed

OROMIA BUREAU OF AGRICULTURE

Oromia Agriculture Bureau invites National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from eligible and qualified bidders to bid for the supply of forage seed that have funds within the ELRP budget to be used for the ELRP Woredas.

The oromia bureau of the Agriculture invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of:

1.       (NCB) producers contained in the public procurement proclamation of the regional government of Oromia and donors guideline and are open to all eligible bidders.

2.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Bureau of Agricultural and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 30, March 2026 Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m to 12:00 a.m in the morning and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon.

3.       A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 (Five hundred). The method of payment will be Cash on site/CBE A/C 1000007342105 Oromia Bureau of Agriculture

4.       Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 21, April 2026 G.C. at 10:00 a.m. in the Morning. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 21, April 2026 at 10:15 a.m. in the morning.

5.       The OBoA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without there by incurring any liability to bidders.
