2. Tax identification number and value Added Tax (VAT) certificate

The bid must also include the organization profile with emphasis on experience, qualification.
Ø Interested bidders are invited to apply within seven (7) working days from the date of the announcement. The bid submission will close on the seventh working day at 9:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 9:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives at the CCFD Hall.
Ø The winning bidder must deliver the items to the Chora for Children and Family Development (CCFD) office using its own transportation within 20 days of the announcement of the bid winner.
