Ethiopian Red Cross society Oromia Branch office invites local eligible Contractors Forms Category BC-4 /GC-5 with valid trade license, registration certificate, tax clearance valid up to date, supplier registration certificate (must be active online) and eligible for the work.
1. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document paying a non-refundable ETB 1000 (One Thousand Birr) from ERCS, Oromia Regional Office Tel: +251-114-40-59-83 located at Saris -Adey Abeba (Addis Ababa).
2. Submit sealed bid providing necessary material, labor and equipment to execute Construction of G+3 Multipurpose Building, in Negele Arsi Town, West Arsi Zone.
3. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Oromia Regional Office Tel +251-11440-59-83- located at Saris -Adey Abeba (Addis Ababa) along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms (CPO ONLY) SPECI- FIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The CPO should be valid for 28 days after bid validity.
4. Bidders advise to submit Financial and Technical in separate wax sealed envelopes label as ORIGINAL & COPY (Original Technical, Copy Technical, Original Financial, Copy Financial all in separate sealed envelopes.). Also bid bond (bid security) by its separate sealed envelope. Finally wax sealed in one mother post.
5. Opening ceremony & submitting bid only at ERCS, Oromia Regional Office, Saris -Adey Abeba (Addis Ababa).
6. Obtain further information from the address mentioned above.
7. You can visit the site envisaged for the construction and acquire necessary reconnaissance.
8. Bid will be closed on the 10th calendar days of the announcement of this bid in the newspapers after noon at 2:00pm and open on the same date at 2:30 pm, ERCS, Oromia Regional Office and if the date is a holiday (not working day) on the next working date morning at 10:00AM.
9. ERCS, Oromia regional office has the right to reject any or all bids.
