The Ethiopian Women’s Federation invites eligible and qualified consulting firms to participate in a competitive tender process to conduct a structural and organizational study of the Addis Ababa restaurant, a business unit operating under the Federation’s management.

Hotel Consulting: Reorganization and New Structure Study
Scope of the Assignment:
The selected consultant will be responsible for:
- Conducting a comprehensive structural and organizational assessment;
- Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in the current management structure;
- Proposing a new, modernized, and efficient management structure tailored for hospitality businesses (hotel administration);
- Providing clear recommendations to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Interested bidders must:
- Possess a valid and renewed business license in the field of hotel consultancy and organizational restructuring;
- Demonstrate proven experience by submitting documentation of at least five similar restructuring and structural study conducted for hotels, food courts, or hospitality institutions within the past five years;
- Be able to provide a competent and experienced team, including experts in hotel management, organizational design, and finance.
- The bidding document can be collected from the 2nd floor of the Ethiopian Women’s Federation Building Administration located in front of st. Stephen’s Church, kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 07, during working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM and 1:30 PM–5:00 PM).
- The document will be available for 10 (ten) consecutive working days from the date of this announcement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- A non-refundable fee of 300.00 Birr (Three Hundred Birr) must be paid upon collection.
- Bidders must submit Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, clearly labeled with the bidder’s name and the tender title.
- All bid documents should be placed in the designated tender box at the Federation Building Administration Office by Afternoon 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 G.C (July 22/2017E.C).
- Bids will be opened on the same day/Tuesday at Afternoon 8:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the Federation’s meeting hall.
- The Ethiopian Women’s Federation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids, either in full or in part, without assigning any reason.
