1. Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of different branding tasks for CNR (Debre Berhan) and its service centers, Franchise shops and master agents with RFQ No. 4286709 to sign a Master Frame Agreement for one year with possible extension up to three years with the finally awarded bidder(s). The Tender remains floating from Augest 5, 2026 to August 17,2026 Until 5:00 P.M. Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom Central North Region Main Office Debre Birhan, St. Selassie building Room No. 307 during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Birr two hundred only) or you can also find bid documents from web sites www.afrotender.com, www.extratenders.com and www.2merkato. com upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Birr two hundred only) by using tele birr payment platform. 2.2. Bid proposal will be received at ethio telecom Central North Region, Debre Berhan St. Selassie building which is near to the church, 3rd floor room No. 307, Before or on August 5, 2025 until 5:00 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.
3. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on August 18, 2026 at 10:30 Α.Μ, at St. Selassie building 3rd Floor, Room No 307.
4. Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
5. Partial bid is Not allowed.
