1. Ethio Telecom intends to sign a contract with the finally awarded bidder. Hence, we are pleased to invite all interested and eligible bidders to this National Competitive Bid for The Procurement of Different Types of Legal Training (i.e. Cyber security, Cyber-crime, Personal Data Protection and Fintech Laws (Advanced level), Ethiopian Intellectual Property Regime (Expert level) and Ethiopian Capital Markets (Advanced level)) with RFQ No 4286739. The Tender remains floating from 9-Aug-26 to 31-Aug-26.

2.1 Sealed bids marked as: Different types of Legal training (i.e. Cyber security, Cyber-crime, Personal Data Protection and Fintech Laws (Advanced level), Ethiopian Intellectual Property Regime (Expert level) and Ethiopian Capital Markets (Advanced level)) with RFQ No 4286739 and be addressed to:
Ethio telecom, Head Quarter, Supply Chain Division, 2nd Floor, Room No.208, P. O. Box 1047, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
2.2 Bid proposal will be received at Churchill Road, Ethio telecom Head Quarter, 2nd Floor, Room No.208, Before or on to 31-Aug-26 until 5:30 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
3. Bids received on time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on 1-Sep-26, at 10:00 A.M, at Churchill Road, Ethio telecom Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No.204.
4. Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
5. Partial bid is allowed.
