All interested parties must submit a comprehensive proposal, consisting of two separate components. Tenders are assigned two barcodes: one for the technical proposal and one for the financial proposal, as follows: · Technical Proposal:
This should include all the required technical and administrative documents, as well as the company/supplier profile.
Applicants must ensure that all required documents and information are provided. Any missing or incomplete documentation may result in the disqualification of the offer.
The evaluation will be based on a weighted scoring system, as detailed in the table within the request for quotation
· Financial Proposal:
Contains a detailed price offer covering all costs.
It should be noted that all documents must be in English and signed by an authorized person from the company/supplier. |
