As part of our 2026 annual activity plan, Right To Play invites all interested and eligible contractors to bid for rehabilitation of the infrastructures listed below to be built in Debrebrhan, North Shewa Zone, Ethiopia.

Guidelines
- Interested bidders must possess the following valid and renewed documents: Construction License: BC/GC Category or above,Trade License valid for the current Ethiopian fiscal year,VAT Registration Certificate,TIN Certificate,Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Registration in the supplier list of the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (or equivalent).
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Tendering Procedures and in compliance with Right To Play’s procurement policies and donor requirements.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English will be sent via email to applicants who submit their original scanned construction license to etprocurement@righttoplay.com No payment is required. Starting August 12, during working hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday), RTP will verify the submission and send the documents to verified applicants by email.

- Bid Submission Deadline: Bid proposals comprising One Original and one Copies of the separately sealed Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted to the above address on or before August 27th, 2026, at 2:00 PM East African Time. Bids will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM East African Time in the presence of bidders’ representatives. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened.
- Bid Security: Bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to 1% (one percent) of the total bid offer for the lot(s) being bid upon. The bid security must be: In the form of Payment Order (CPO). Made payable to “Right To Play Ethiopia”. Submitted in a separate sealed envelope within the Technical Proposal. Valid for at least 60 days from the bid submission deadline. Failure to provide a valid bid security will result in immediate disqualification.
- Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the bid submission deadline.
- Right To Play Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to bidders.
