Request for Quotations – RFQ-ETADD-26-0192

Oxfam Ethiopia is an international NGO involved in humanitarian and long-term development programs since the 1960s. Oxfam has been implementing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Emergency Food Security and Vulnerable Livelihoods (EFSVL), and Gender and Protection Programs in areas where natural and manmade crises occurring and protracted. Therefore, OXFAM in Ethiopia invites qualified and competent suppliers for the supply of water level indicator with accessories, transportation, installation service, testing, and commissioning in different refugee camps in Gambella region.

Detailed requirements for the supplies and services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR).

Interested suppliers are invited to physically collect the Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the technical documents (TOR) from the OXFAM Ethiopia Program Office, starting from Monday, 31 August 2026. Collection Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Applicants are required to carefully read the Terms of Reference (TOR) in the technical document, take note of the planned timetable, and submit their financial and technical proposals in separate sealed envelopes by Monday, September 07, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

This invitation has been issued for the sole purpose of obtaining quotations or the provision of the product/service requested. OXFAM reserves the right not to enter in to or award contracts as a result of this invitation to the quotations. OXFAM also reserves the right to terminate any contract issued as a result of this RFQ as set out in the contract terms and conditions.
