Kefeta Micro Finance Institution S.Co. (KMFI) established in 2024 and received its micro financing business license from the National Bank of Ethiopia on January 22, 2024. Its vision is to be an inclusive and digitally empowered MFI transforming lives and SMEs.
Kefeta MFI operates in eleven branches in five regions throughout the country, namely Addis Ababa, Oromia, Central Ethiopia, Sidama and South Ethiopia regions. Kefeta MFI would like to invite eligible certified audit firms, registered under AABE who meet the criteria of Public Auditor set by the AABE Directive No 1096/2025 to undertake audit its financial records for three years starting from June 30, 2027 to June 30, 2029.
Interested Audit Firms should submit their technical and financial proposal which includes
Ø Audit firm profile and staff composition including principal partner
Ø Previous audit experience with Micro Finance Institution on IFRS based
Ø Renewed license for the current period
Ø VAT registration and TIN certificate
Ø Estimated time frame for audit work
Ø Other relevant information for the audit work
Deliverables
Both technical and financial proposal should be submitted to Kefeta Micro Finance Institution S.C. Head Office until September 4th 2026.
