- The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified audit firms to enter into a two-year Framework Agreement for the provision of statutory audit services, and from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of the items listed below.

- Interested and eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred Birr) per each bid. The payment shall be deposited into Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) Account No. 1000000950487, in the name of the Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS). The bidding documents may be collected from the Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS), Humanitarian Supply Chain Department, Procurement Division, First Floor, Office No. 25, Stadium Area, Addis Ababa
- Bidders Shall Submit Copies of the Following Valid and Renewed Documents: Business License for The Year 2018 E.C, Business Registration Certificate, Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, alid Audit Firm Registration Certificate/License issued by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia and any other relevant supporting documents required under the bidding documents.
- All bids must be submitted together with a bid security (bid bond) in the form of a CPO only, amounting to ETB 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Birr) for audit services and 2% of the total bid price for goods, as applicable. The bid security shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope and shall remain valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the bid validity period.
- The Financial Offer shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Original Financial Offer” and “Copy of Financial Offer. The Technical Offer shall be submitted in a third separate sealed envelope, clearly marked “Original Technical Offer. The bid security (CPO) shall be submitted in a fourth separate sealed envelope, clearly marked “CPO. All four envelopes shall be placed inside one outer sealed envelope, which shall be clearly addressed to the Ethiopian Red Cross Society at the address indicated below.
- Bids shall be closed on September 10, 2026 day and opened on the same day at 2:30 PM, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend, at the ERCS Conference Room, Addis Ababa.
- Audit firms shall submit separate financial offers for FY 2027 and FY 2028, clearly indicating the audit service fees, inclusive of VAT.
- Bidders are strongly advised to carefully read the bidding documents and ensure that all required information, forms, schedules, and supporting documents are properly completed and submitted in accordance with the stated requirements.
- Failure to comply with any of the requirements specified under Items 2 to 8 above may result in the rejection of the bid.
- The Ethiopian Red Cross Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to cancel the bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to bidders.
