Procurement of Five Hundred (500) Tablets

Willows International (WI), established in 1997, has developed and implemented various versions of a client management system designed to improve the performance of community-level healthcare providers and enable women to receive improved, customized, and timely information, services, referrals, and follow-up support in reproductive healthcare.

Willows International is committed to supporting individuals and communities in achieving their reproductive health goals through the delivery of high-quality information and services.

As part of its program implementation in Ethiopia, which will be carried out across three regions, Willows International invites qualified and eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement of five hundred (500) tablets.

The purpose of this bid is to identify competent vendors who can supply and deliver the required tablets in accordance with the specified technical requirements, within the required timeframe, and at a competitive price.

Interested and eligible bidders are invited to submit their sealed bids to the Willows International Ethiopia

Office located at: Kirkos Sub-City, Woreda 9, Flamingo Area, Minaye Office Park, 5th Floor

Bidders are required to submit separate sealed envelopes containing their technical proposal and financial proposal. Bidders must also include all required supporting documents as specified in the bidding requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must submit the following valid documents:

         Renewed business registration certificate.

         Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and TIN registration.

         Certificate of good bid performance or evidence of successful delivery history.

         Bid documents must be stamped and signed by an authorized representative of the organization.

         Names and contact details of at least three (3) previous customers who have received similar supplies.

Bid Submission and Opening Schedule

     The bid submission period will remain open for six (10) consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of bid announcement on Wednesday September 2, 2026, and closing on Wednesday September

15, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 2:00 PM.

     Bidders  are  required  to  submit  their  offers,  consisting  of  separate   technical  and  financial proposals/price schedules, in sealed envelopes in accordance with the bid specifications provided in the bid document. The bid opening will be conducted in the presence of  participating bidders or their representatives.

     Willows International Ethiopia reserves the right to request additional information from prospective bidders and to reject any or all bids that do not meet the minimum requirements. Willows International Ethiopia also reserves the right to reject bids when deemed to be in the best interest of the organization and/or the communities it serves, without incurring any liabity.
