INVITATION TO BIDDERS
Direct Aid Ethiopia is an NGO engaged in assisting the developmental strategies and Policies through uplifting the living condition of the rural urban people who are in need of immediate support. Hence, its major involvement areas include, Education, Social, health and water well in line with this, Direct Aid announces to competitive bidders to participate in the construction of small store in Yabello town Billal center & walk way in Adama town Nejashi Center, all construction are in Oromia Regional State
1. Bidder who participates in the tender must be General or Building Contractor
2. Bidders who participate in the digging deep well shall submit renewal license, tin number, & clearance certificate.
3. Bidder who participates in construction of small store & walk way shall submit financial original, copy & technical original & copy in each separate envelope, having written "original" & "copy "finally all documents should be put in a mother envelop,
4. Bidders must be in a similar project experience at least two years and above prior to bidding process.
5. Each bid envelop should be sealed in wax & stamped. All bids submitted to the address below on or before 10 (10) working days of the announcement of this invitation for bid in the Ethiopian Herald Newspaper up to the 10th days at 10:00 am and shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 in the presence of interested bidder or representative in Direct Aid Office Gerji area, near Kadisco Hospital, P.O. Box 9597, Addis Ababa Tel 0911219233.
6. Late bidder shall not be accepted, and documents returned unopened
7. Bid document shall be accompanied by a "bid security" CPO not less than 2% of the total Amount.
8. If the organization has got another better option, we are not in obligation to the tendering process and the bidding might be partially or fully being cancelled.
