Humedica e.V Ethiopia invites potential contractors to compete in the bid of Play Ground Leveling Work in Addis Ababa Lideta Sub City May Day School.

Hence, interested and qualified contractors who have current year renewed licenses of trade and construction with Grades 7 BC or GC and above may collect the bid documents from humedica e. V Ethiopia Country Office located in Addis Ababa.

Bid document collection and submission time and procedures

1. A complete set of bid documents can be collected, with no cost, from humedica e. V Ethiopia Country Office located in the address indicated in this notice, during working hours between 8:30-12:00 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m. starting from the date of announcement.
2. All bidders must submit with their technical documents renewed contractor’s license, trade license, VAT registration certificate, company profile with staffing CV, list of owned equipment and vehicles and other relevant legal documents such as past recent successful similar accomplishment certificate of testimonials including successful construction experience in the construction site location indicated above or similar.
3. The financial and technical documents to be submitted will be separate for the Play Ground Leveling Work in Addis Ababa May Day School, all the envelops must be labeled by visible marker with the names, "Play Ground Leveling Work.
4. As per No.3 above, bidders must submit their original financial documents with Birr 10,000 CPO In the name of HUMEDICA e.V; and copies of technical documents in separate sealed envelopes (having their/contractor's names) labeled as ORIGINAL FINANCIAL and ORIGINAL TECHNICAL respectively, then enclosed in one sealed envelope.
5. Therefore, please note that you submit financial document, CPO and technical documents in separate envelops labeled as "Play Ground Leveling Work" as described above.
6. Each finance and technical proposal should have a copy sealed in separate envelops labeled as COPY FINANCIAL and COPY TECHNICAL, enclosed again in one sealed envelope.
7. The bidders will be evaluated based on the finance and technical documents they submitted as above. Any missing or unclear document submitted will be reason for low score or disqualification for the bid.
8. All bidders must collect bid documents as stated above till October 24/2024 until 3:00 p.m. from humedica e.V Ethiopia country office.
9. Place of financial and technical documents submission is in Addis Ababa to, humedica Country Office located near Mekanisa Abo, behind Yilam Hotel Interested applicants should put the technical and financial proposal in to the Tender Box prepared by humedica e.V Ethiopia country office.
10. The winner will submit guarantee/security bond of 5% of their total contract price in the form of unconditional bank guarantee.
11. The contractor is strictly advised to read full bid document and this tender announcement.
12. As the work for Lideta Sub City May Day School Play Ground Leveling Work, the contractor advised to visit May Day School before filling the tender documents and are strongly advised to make thorough observation and as required measurements before they fill their financial document.
13. All bidders must submit their financial and technical bid documents up to Thursday October 24/2024 at 03:00 PM as per this tender directive.
14. Bids will be opened on October 25/2024 at 10: 30 am in the morning in Addis Ababa, in humedica country office, in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend the bid opening event in Addis Ababa humedica country office, near Mekanisa Abo, behind Yima Hotel.
15. Humedica reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid if it finds better way to accomplish the work.
