INVITATION TO NATIONAL BID

FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF LIGHT VEHICLE RENTAL SERVICE

FH Ethiopia (FHE) is an International Non- governmental Organization engaged in relief and development activities and has been implementing development and humanitarian activities in Ethiopia for the past 37 years.

FH Ethiopia (FHE) hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for the procurement of light vehicle rental services for its different operational areas as listed in ITT. FH Ethiopia will enter into a framework agreement for a period of one year and will possibly renew it based on satisfactory performance.

1. Mandatory Requirements
   1. Copy of Renewed and Relevant Business License
   2. Copy of Tax Identification Number and VAT Certificate
   3. 50,000 ETB bid security in acceptable form of CPO.
   4. The vender should have at least five (5) field vehicles. The title certificate name should be in the name of the organization or the owner.
2. Selection Criteria -Technical responsiveness and financial evaluation.
3. Further instructions and information are provided on tender dossier.
4. Please have with you a company stamp when you come to collect ITT document.
5. FH Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject the Bid partially or fully.
6. Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
