The Amhara Media corporation /AMECO/ here by invites interested bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of FM radio studio system.
- This bidding will be conducted on accordance with open international tendering procedure and it is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
- Interested bidders may purchase complete set of tender document against payment of non-refundable fee of birr 300 /three hundred/ from the office of AMC, Bahirdar Room 104 during the official working hours.
- Bidders shall submit relevant renewed trade lenience, VAT registration certificate, tax payer identification certificate, and tax clearance certificate.
- Bidders could participate for all parts but the items in lot parts shall not partial.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid bond of birr 200,000 /two hundred thousand/ a bid bond in a form of CPO, unconditional bank guarantee or cash and eligibility certificates shall be delivered to the office AMECO Bahirdar Room 104 on or before the bid closing date and time.
- Bids closing and opening date shall be 45 calendar days after advertising declared.
- Bidders submit two copies of technical and financial documents separately.
- Bids will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives, who choose to attend, at the conference Room of AMECO at 10:30 A.M on the date of bid closing and opening as specified above.
- AMECO reserved the right to reject all or part of the bid.
