Public Service Transport Service /PSTS/ is a public enterprise based in Addis Ababa, currently we would like to City fuel bus, Electrical city bus, Tourist Fuel bus and Tourist electrical bus.

There for, we would like to invite eligible bidders who fulfill the following requirements: -

• Business license in which the bidder engaged.
• Vat registration certificate (only domestic suppliers)
• Valid tax clearance certificate with renewed trade license
• Copies of original document defining the constitutional or legal status, place of registration and principal place of business.

1. Bidding will be conducted according to the international competitive bidding procedure specified in public procurement and property administration agency and open to all bidders from eligible source countries as specified in the guide line.
2. The bidder can obtain the bid document from procurement and Resource administration office Room No G- 28 with payment of 1,000.00 (one thousand Ethiopian birr) in the form of cash starting from the 1st date of advertising for 45 consecutive working days until the last date of the bid floating period till 4:00 pm.
3. The proposal of the bidder should be presented separately as technical and financial on or before date and time of opening.
4. All bids must be accompanied by refundable bid security birr 500,000 in the form CPO or bank guarantee.
5. The bids will be closed on the final date of the bid floating period at 4:00 Pm and will be opened at the same date at 4:30 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
6. The procuring entity has the right to cancel the whole or part of the bid.
