- The Addis Ababa City Administration invites bidders to participate in the lease of commercial premises located in the Sarbet Plaza and Parking Lot (in foreign currency), the warehouse in the Sarbet Plaza and Parking Lot (in Ethiopian Birr), the commercial premises in the Yeka 2 Parking Lot (in Ethiopian Birr), and the commercial premises in the 4 Kilo Plaza (in Ethiopian Birr).
- Interested bidders may obtain the complete bidding document from May 12, 2025, to June 2, 2025. The document can be accessed online by registering at www.addishousebid.gov.et and paying a non-refundable fee of 700.00 (seven hundred) Birr via Tele birr. Alternatively, bidders may visit the designated sales points to register and obtain the prepared bidding document in person. Sales points are open from Monday to Saturday between 7:00 A.M and 7:30 P.M, and on Sunday from 7:00 AM to 12:30 P.M.
