1. The CER Bureau of Agriculture has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Food System Resilience Program and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Different IT equipment's (40 desk top computers, 10 Lap top computers, 24 printers, 01 coulor printer, 08 Photo copy Machine, 06 Tablet, 01 scanner, 06 digital camera, 04 External Hard disck, 01 LCD Projectors, 10 small LCD (pico Projector))
2. Interested eligible bidders should submit PPA Registration, VAT certificate, TIN No, Renewed trade license for the current year 2017 E.C.
3. The CER Bureau of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for ET-CERS-FSRP-464285-GO-RFB for the Procurement of Different IT equipment's (40 desk top computers, 10 Lap top computers, 24 printers, 01 coulor printer, 08 Photo copy Machine, 06 Tablet, 01 scanner, 06 digital camera, 04 External Hard disk, 01 LCD Projectors, 10 small LCD (pico Projector))
4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the CER Bureau of Agriculture at the address below during office hour from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 400.00. The method of payment will be in cash or cashier's check. In the delivery of the bidding document of the mail and shall not entertain request for extension on account of such delays.
7. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 200,000.00 in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee be delivered to the address below on or before 3:00 PM on June 16/25 Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. The Bid shall be opened on 3:10 PM JUNE 16/2025 at the following address stated below. The winner bidder has to provide to 10% performance bond.
8. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
